White Blaze Equestrian LLC provides horseback riding lessons, horse training, and summer pony camp in Sedalia, Colorado. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled due to weather, horse health, or other safety concerns at our discretion.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for lesson cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Pony camp registration cancellations and refund policies will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Riding lessons are available for riders ages 6 and up. Summer pony camp is open to children ages 6 and up. All minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required liability waiver and release forms before participating in any activities.
All riders, campers, and visitors are expected to follow the safety rules and instructions provided by our staff. White Blaze Equestrian reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves, others, or the horses.
Horseback riding and equestrian activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, kicks, bites, and other injuries that may result from the unpredictable nature of horses. These risks exist regardless of the skill level of the rider or the training of the horse.
In accordance with the Colorado Equine Activity Statute (C.R.S. § 13-21-119), an equine professional is not liable for injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, provided proper notice is given.
All participants (or their parent/legal guardian for minors) are required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement before participating in any riding lessons, horse training activities, or pony camp sessions. This waiver will be provided at the time of your first visit or registration.
By participating in activities at White Blaze Equestrian, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with equine activities.
WARNING: Under Colorado law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.
White Blaze Equestrian may take photographs and videos during lessons, pony camp, and other activities for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of your (or your child's) likeness in these materials unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to be photographed.
